چکیده

مطالعه تنش‏ها و منازعات محلی میان قلمروهای سیاسی- اداری نشان می‏دهد که‏این تنش‏ها در گذر زمان سیر صعودی داشته و ابعاد، گستره و شدت آن به مرور افزایش یافته است. از طرف دیگر بررسی تغییرات تقسیمات کشوری در ایران نشان می‏دهد که در بین استان‏های کشور، استان فارس از جمله واحدهایی است که طی دهه‏های اخیر بیشترین تغییرات را در زمینه تقسیمات کشوری داشته است. همزمان با این تغییرات، تنش‏ها و منازعات قلمروهای سیاسی – اداری آن در سطوح درون استانی و بین‏استانی افزایش یافته است. روند رو به گسترش منازعات محلی میان قلمروهای سیاسی- اداری به دلیل وجود زمینه‏ها، بسترها، نیروها و عواملی است که در شکل‏گیری و نقش‏آفرینی آنها نقش موثری دارند. از اینرو در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی مهم‏ترین عوامل و منابع تنش و منازعه میان قلمروهای سیاسی- اداری استخراج گردید. سپس در سطح قلمرو مطالعاتی تحقیق(استان فارس)، حدود 44 مسئله تنش زا و منازعه آمیز در قالب 25 موضوع درون استانی و 19 موضوع بین‏استانی مورد بررسی و تجزیه‏وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که همه مولفه‏های استخراج شده در بخش منابع کتابخانه‏ای، در ایجاد تنش و منازعه میان قلمروهای سیاسی- اداری استان فارس در دو سطح درون استانی و بین‏استانی نقش آفرین بوده‏اند.
