چکیده
محیطزیست بهمثابهی ساحت زندگانی بشر، بسترِ بالندگی انسان، بر این کرهی خاکی را میسر نموده است؛ لیکن محیط طبیعی بر اثر کنشهای انسانی و زیادهخواهی آن، با چالشهای گوناگونی روبرو گشته است. هر چند سالیان زیادی از طرح مشکلههای زیستمحیطی در ادبیات امنیتی نمیگذرد لکن امروزه اهمیت تهدیدات ناشی از محیطزیست و تاثیرات آن بر امنیت در سطوح فردی، جامعهای و ملی برکسی پوشیده نیست. بروز این تهدیدات بسترساز اشاعهی آن به دیگر نقاط کرهی زمین است. به بیان بهتر، تهدیداتی از این جنس گریبانگیر مکان و دولت خاصی نخواهد بود. از همینرو ایران نه تنها از این امر مستثنی نبوده بلکه همواره با چنین تهدیداتی دست به گریبان بوده است. درحقیقت تخریب محیطزیست طی سالیان گذشته در پهنهی جغرافیایی کشورمان روبهفزونی نهاده و در قد و قامت بحران نمود یافته است. مقالهی حاضر با هدف واکاوی پیامدهای تهدیدات زیستمحیطی بر امنیت جامعهای، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که تهدیدات زیستمحیطی چه تاثیری بر امنیت جامعهای ایران برجای میگذارند؟ در پاسخ، این فرض اساس کار قرار گرفته است که بهنظر میرسد در ایران امروز، تهدیدات زیستمحیطی و پیامدهای منبعث از آن همچون مساله مهاجرت، با به چالش کشیدن هویت افراد و گروههای اجتماعی، امنیت جامعهای ایران را با مخاطره روبرو میسازد. انگارهای که یافتههای پژوهش بر تحقق آن در جامعهی ایرانی صحّه میگذارد. برای بررسی موضوع، ضمن استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و بهرهگیری از چارچوب نظری امنیت جامعهای، به اسناد و منابع کتابخانهای مرتبط رجوع شده است.
