نقش کریدور اقتصادی چین-پاکستان از منظر جایگاه نوین چین در نظام بین‌الملل

چکیده
ظهور چین به عنوان یک قدرت بزرگ در نظام بین­الملل سبب شده این کشور در سیاست خارجی خود رفتارهای نسبتاً متفاوتی را نسبت به گذشته در پیش بگیرد. مهمترین رفتار چین را می توان در قالب ابتکار کمربند و راه بیان کرد. این ابتکار ضمن دور کردن امکان مواجهه چین با آمریکا در آسیای شرقی، می­تواند موجبات تداوم رشد بیجینگ را نیز در پی داشته باشد. ابتکار «کمربند و راه» خود شامل پروژه­های متعددی است که عمدتاً باعث منجر به تمرکز بیشتر بیجینگ بر مناطق غرب جغرافیایی این کشور می­شود. در این میان، پاکستان به سبب موقعیت جغرافیایی آن که در حاشیه اقیانوس هند و دریای عربی واقع شده نقش حیاتی در سیاست خارجی نوین چین پیدا کرده است. کریدور اقتصادی چین-پاکستان که در سال 2015 آغاز شد به خوبی اهمیت و جایگاه پاکستان و افزایش روابط دو کشور را نمایان می­سازد. این مقاله با روش تحلیلی-تبیینی و با اتکاء بر منابع کتابخانه­ای به دنبال بررسی نقش کریدور اقتصادی چین-پاکستان از منظر جایگاه نوین چین در نظام بین­الملل است. نتایج نشان می دهد، مهم­ترین مزایای کریدور برای چین که می­تواند پیش­برنده سیاست خارجی چین در شرایط کنونی نظام بین­الملل باشد را می­توان در قالب گزاره­های چون، نقش کریدور اقتصادی به عنوان نماد بارز حضور فرامرزی چین، الزامات ایفای نقش یک قدرت بزرگ جهانی، کسب منافع اقتصادی و تقویت دامنه نفوذ چین از نفوذ ژئواکونومیک به ژئواستراتژیک، کمک به تعدیل نگرانی­های امنیتی چین و در نهایت پیشبرد الگوی اقتصادی نوین چین را بیان کرد.
