چکیده

در چند سال اخیر، با گسترش انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و رشد روند­های فرافناورانه ­ای مانند هوش مصنوعی به‌عنوان یک بزنگاهِ حساس بین­ المللی، ژئوپلیتیک دچار تغییر و تحول شده است. اساساً آشنازدایی از بستر­های علمی سیاست خارجی و روابط بین­الملل در خوانش­ های کلاسیک و روایت­ سازی­ هایی از مسئله وارگی و مسئله بودگی سیال در این حوزه با تأکید بر روند­هایی چون هوش مصنوعی و کلان داده­ ها منجر به تغییر ژئوپلیتیک به فرا – ژئوپلیتیک شده که این تحولات و ترتیبات نوین بستری برای تغییر رقابت­ های بین ­المللی است. این مقاله با مفروض گرفتن رقابت ­های ژئوپلیتیکی دولت­ها در قالب هوش مصنوعی و با بهره­ گیری از روش تحلیلی – توصیفی به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال است که ژئوپلیتیک چگونه توسط هوش مصنوعی و کلان داده­ ها دچار تحول شده است؟ یافته­ های پژوهش نشان می ­دهد که هوش مصنوعی منجر به بازطراحی کارکرد ژئوپلیتیک در عصر کلان داده­ ها و رقابت­ های الگوریتمی گردیده است.
