مدل نظری رابطه متقابل قدرت سیاسی و توسعه اقتصادی

چکیده

توسعۀ اقتصادی بخشی از توسعۀ جامع و فراگیر است که در صورت رشد پایدار و باثبات شاخص‌های رفاه اقتصادی؛ به همراه تغییرات ساختاری در آن حاصل می­شود. ساخت قدرت سیاسی نیز حاصل تعادل و هماهنگی نسبتاً پایدار، بین عوامل فرهنگی، اقتصادی، تاریخی و اجتماعیِ قدرت سیاسی، در قلمرو فضایی واحدهای سرزمینی است. این پژوهش از نوع بنیادی است و با روش توصیفی‑تحلیلی و روش گردآوری داده­ها و اطّلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و پیمایش خبرگی (5 پرسشنامه متناسب با حوزه­های تخصصی) رابطۀ ساخت قدرت سیاسی با توسعۀ اقتصادی را بررسی کرده است. نتایج تبیین نشان می‌دهد که ساخت قدرت سیاسی در پنج بُعد فرهنگی، اقتصادی، جغرافیایی، تاریخی و اجتماعی با توسعه به مفهوم عام و توسعۀ اقتصادی با مفهوم خاص آن در ارتباط است. هر یک از ابعاد مزبور دارای مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های ذی­ربط هستند که مدل شماتیک آن در انتهای تحقیق رسم شده است. از بین پنج بُعد مورد ارزیابی، به ترتیب ابعاد تاریخی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، جغرافیایی و اقتصادی بیشترین اولویت را در ارتباط ساخت قدرت سیاسی و توسعۀ اقتصادی دارا هستند که امتیازات مربوطه در ایران بر اساس نظر خبرگان در مدل مشخص شده است.
