China's technological role in Iran in relation to competitors with emphasis on Michel Foucault's theory of knowledge power

Abstract

In the international system, world leadership is one of China's most serious concerns Which is being pursued in three phases in the time periods of 2020, 2025, and 2030, especially in the fields of artificial intelligence and directing huge international investments in regions such as maritime Europe, North, Central, and South America, Canada, and Alaska.The United States and the peripheral powers of the Atlanticist sphere have assessed China as a rising competitor with a global presence and have opened a special account for China in their national security texts over the past two decades.
By upgrading its military skills, China seeks to transform itself from a regional military power into a global power with the ability to confront and contain foreign interventions.
This research seeks to analyze China's technological role in relation to global competitors, focusing on Iran's structural and functional effectiveness (problem statement). The researcher collected qualitative data using documentary studies and exploratory interviews, extracted the research model through content analysis and coding, and used a questionnaire to judge the factors obtained from the exploratory interviews and determine their importance (research method).
In this study, the researcher seeks to provide an answer to the main research question: What is China's technological role in the geostrategic future of the international system, Iran's impact on this role, and the orientation of its competitors? (Research Question).
Accurately understanding the aforementioned impact requires a mutual understanding of the geostrategic perspective between China and Iran on the role of both countries.
In the research process, from 30 interviews conducted with experts, 5 indicators were counted in the form of 1 component of China's global role with 43 themes explaining Iran's impact on China's global role and 39 themes explaining the possible effects of competitors on China's global role (research findings)
