Abstract
The United States and Europe believe Iran's nuclear program is a threat to their national interests. Despite calls for a new nuclear deal from Trump, recent efforts have failed. The purpose of current research, which employs the explanatory research method, examines the impact of the outcasting regime on the possibility of a new nuclear agreement between Iran and the United States during Trump's second term. The question arises, what is effect of Iran-US new nuclear deal on Iran's place in the international system, regional tensions, and bilateral relations between the two countries? We propose the following hypothesis as a potential explanation: The possible success of the US and Iran to achive a new nuclear deal or a revival of the existing nuclear deal wiil has the potential to transform Iran into an influential player in the international system; reduce regional tensions; Lift UN sanctions against Iran; and also lead to a relative improvement or at least reduce tensions in Iran-US relations. The research findings suggest that Trump take a different approach toward Iran Compared to what he had done in he first term as president. Trump is trying to maintain maximum pressure until Face Iran with greater domestic and foreign pressure ,So that Iran will be willing to achieve a new nuclear deal to exit of the mentioned pressures and prevent international outcasting through international organizations.
