چکیده

ضرورت تعامل با اقتصاد جهانی و تحقق توسعه در جهان جدید، سبب شده است چین با طرح احیای جاده ابریشم باستانی، برنامه بلند پروازانه‌ای را در ابعاد سیاسی، اقتصادی و امنیتی، در جهان آغاز کند. چین به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی قدرت در ساختار نوین نظام بین‌الملل، در حال تعریف و تثبیت موقعیت منطقه‌ای و جهانی خود می‌باشد و با اجرای طرح ابتکار کمربند- جاده، در پی افزایش کارآمدی مرزهای داخلی، بهبود تجارت میان کریدورهای اقتصادی، بهبود دسترسی به بازار اروپا، افزایش صادرات محصولات، گسترش همکاری‌های بانکی، مالی، توسعه سرمایه در حوزه گردشگری و ... می‌باشد.
