تبیین مدل پارادایمی هیدروپلیتیک بر بنیاد روش گرند تئوری

چکیده

محدودیت منابع مشترک آبی به طیفی از الگوهای متفاوت از همکاری تا درگیری انجامیده، که در قالب دانش هیدروپلیتیک واکاوی می‌شوند. با این حال، ابعاد مختلف هیدروپلیتیک در کانون توجه اندیشمندان علوم مختلف از جمله جغرافیای سیاسی بوده است. تا جایی که بسیاری از این دانشوران به بررسی هیدروپلیتیک و ابعاد تشکیل دهنده آن به صورت­های مختلف پرداخته­اند. هدف مقاله حاضر که ماهیت بنیادی دارد، ارائه الگویی پاردایمی از هیدروپلیتیک بر پایه روش گرند تئوری است. روش‌شناسی حاکم بر متن، ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی دارد و روش تحقیق به صورت کیفی، با مراجعه به کارشناسان، منابع داخلی و خارجی و بهره‌گیری از روش کتابخانه‌ای است. نمونه­ها از طریق نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات به‌دست آمده با استفاده از روش گرندتئوری، کدگذاری و تحلیل شدند. نتیجه پژوهش نشان می­دهد که در علم هیدروپلیتیک، عوامل زمینه­ای در پنجاه مقوله محوری و پنج مقوله اصلی تحت عنوان: ژئوپلیتیک، ژئوکالچر، ژئواکونومیک، تکنوپلیتیک، پلیتیکال، جای می‌گیرند. عوامل علی در هیدروپلیتیک در 27 مقوله محوری و سه مقوله اصلی، به‎شرح 1-فرهنگ جامعه 2-موقعیت و وضعیت جغرافیایی 3-عوامل زیرساختی و بنیادی شناسایی شدند. عوامل راهبردی در 57 مقوله محوری و سه مقوله اصلی با عنوان تدوین راهبردهای آموزشی و پژوهشی، بینش استراتژیک و تدوین رسالت و اهداف کلان قرار گرفتند و پیامدهای علم هیدروپلیتیک در 58 مقوله محوری و شش مقوله اصلی به شرح عوامل سیاسی-حقوقی، اجتماعی-فرهنگی، نظامی-امنیتی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی واکاوی شدند.
